Notable Changes from the Previous Year
The 2024 GMC Canyon comes with a few upgrades since its initial launch last year. An AEV Edition is added to the AT4X trim. With 12.2 inches of ground clearance, the AEV Edition includes 17-inch AEV wheels and 35-inch Goodyear Wrangler MT tires, robust skid plates, and AEV steel bumpers.

Infotainment and Technology
Underbody cameras provide views of the front and rear of the vehicle. Wash systems are included for the underbody cameras. Split-screen technology offers dual views of the underbody and the surroundings. Enjoy access to instant data with the customizable 11.3-inch diagonal centre touchscreen, standard 11-inch diagonal Driver Information Centre, and 6.3-inch Head-Up display. The premium Bose Sound System provides surreal audio via seven high-definition speakers.
Exterior Design
Enjoy the pleasing lines of the 2024 GMC Canyon. The front fascia, designed with trimmed corners, provides high clearance for any off-road adventures. The full LED headlamps, daytime running lamps, and fog lamps add to its assertive, levelled design. The MultiStow tailgate includes an innovative storage system with drainage.
Interior Comfort and Cargo Space
Savour the premium cloth interior. The Elevation trim includes exclusive jet-black cloth seating and soft-touch materials for the instrument panel. The AT4 trim also has a jet-black interior. Timber accents and available leather-appointed front seating elevate the interior design. The Denali model includes an exclusive jet-black interior with teak accents and open-pore wood trim.
Performance Features
The standard Turbomax engine has 310 horsepower and 430 lb-ft of torque. Maximum towing capabilities of 7,700 pounds is also available. Selectable drive modes include terrain, off-road, normal, and tow/haul. The Baja drive mode is exclusively available on the AT4X trim.
Safety and Driver-Assistance Technology
The standard safety features include the Forward Collision Alert with automatic emergency braking, a Following Distance Indicator, Lane Keep Assist, a Front Pedestrian and Bicyclist Braking system, and Intellibeam lighting.
